Patrick’s experience includes the mediation and trial of civil matters in court, arbitrations and various dispute resolutionforums. By way of example, he has successfully prosecuted and defended, at trial and in arbitration, cases involving fraud,contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty issues, real estate matters, and restrictive covenants.

Patrick has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in professional liability actions (involving directors and officers,accountants, lawyers, etc.), some of which involved claims for aiding and abetting the commission of torts by theprofessional’s clients (breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, etc.).
