Patrick’s experience includes the mediation and trial of civil matters in court, arbitrations and various dispute resolutionforums. By way of example, he has successfully prosecuted and defended, at trial and in arbitration, cases involving fraud,contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty issues, real estate matters, and restrictive covenants.

Patrick has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in professional liability actions (involving directors and officers,accountants, lawyers, etc.), some of which involved claims for aiding and abetting the commission of torts by theprofessional’s clients (breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, etc.). This is a cause of action first recognized in Illinois in the case of , 799 N.E.2d 756 (Ill. App. Ct. 2003); Patrick represented the plaintiffs. Thornwood, Inc., et al. v. Jenner & Block, et al.

He has also investigated and prosecuted multiple temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions on behalf ofbusiness clients, freezing and securing millions of dollars in accounts and assets. Patrick centers his practice on creativelitigation strategies geared to position his clients so they can successfully and efficiently resolve their business disputes inthe least disruptive way possible. When those disputes cannot be resolved short of final judgment, Patrick’s litigationexperience serves his clients well.

He placed second in the Ruby R. Vale Interschool Corporate Moot Court Competition hosted by Widener Law School, arguing before several members of the Delaware Supreme Court and Harvey Pitt, then chairman of the SEC. He went on to graduate from law school ranked in the top 15 % of his class. After law school he worked for two prominent Savannah law firms, Savage, Turner, Pinson & Karsman and the Tate Law Group, before going out on his own in 2010. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, achieving the highest jury verdict in Fayette County history in 2009.

Jessica has been a lobbyist for over a decade, focused on infrastructure, transportation, defense, health care, and technology. Throughout her career, she has risen the ranks as a major donor and bundler of many national organizations including the Republican Governors Association, National Republican Congressional Committee, Republican National Committee, and the Trump Victory PAC. Jess also worked under the George W. Bush Administration as an assistant to Karl Rove and later as assistant to former U.S. Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez. The relationships she built throughout the Bush White House have allowed her to penetrate the deepest levels of the Trump Administration with both political appointees and long-serving career bureaucrats.

Jess now calls Massachusetts home, where she maintains a strong relationship with Governor Charlie Baker’s Administration. She has worked in the tolling and MaaS industry for almost 5 years, beginning her work with A-to-Be (formerly Brisa Innovation) and now represents half a dozen clients throughout the industry. She also represents twenty-five clients in the New England area for various work, including major fortune five hundred businesses like Raytheon and Siemens.

Jess received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from DePauw University in Indiana. While there, Jess was the first female Chairwoman of the National College Republicans – a position previously held by Congressman Patrick McHenry, Karl Rove, and the late Lee Atwater. This role created her national network, empowering her to now operate in multiple states and municipalities across the country. She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and a financial modeling certificate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
