Monique has been a devoted Oregonian since she completed her six-year active duty Air Force tour and moved here to attend Willamette University College of Law in 1995. She remained active in the Air Force Reserve and Oregon Air National Guard in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps for many more years, ultimately retiring in 2019 in the grade of Colonel. Concurrent to her military career, Monique has served as general counsel, legal advisor and consultant to
several private corporations and individual clients. Monique successfully raised her children in Oregon and is committed to Common Sense for Oregon values that
support thriving working families.
